This is a special shabu-shabu set that uses our special salt broth, which is a unique blend of several types of salt produced in Okinawa Prefecture combined with fragrant Japanese-style broth.The main dish is Agu pork, an Okinawan brand of pork characterized by its rich sweetness and soft fat.The mountain of cabbage is shabu-shabu-style, bringing out its sweetness, and the mozuku seaweed from Miyakojima adds an accent with its seashore aroma and unique texture.
